The second task was a 91,85 km race in weak thermals and turbulence near the ridges that Venezuelan pilot Juan Carlos Becerra (Ozone Enzo) to place himself on first position overall ahead of task 1 winner Hans Bollinger (Gin Boomerang X) who is 2nd in the comp. Watch the video.

PWC Super Final ‘Serial’ starts in Valle de Bravo

The last event of the Paragliding World Cup 2011 is starting in Mexico, and by the end of the week we will know who the PWC Champions are. According to the rules, only certified gliders can be flown there, but the eyes will be put on the newest generation of EN D wings based on 2-lines comp models.

Francisco Fluxa is Chile’s champion 2011-12
|

The area of Vizcachas, at the south of the Chilean capital, was the meeting point of one of the most interesting competitions of the Latin American scene, with the Andes cordillera as the axis to launch 4 very technical and fun tasks. The Santiago Open was tightly contested, but finally Francisco Fluxa (Mantra M4) took the first place, and also the medal of Chilean champion after finishing first in the annual national ranking.

Fly Games Series land in Las Candelas
|
 With the philosophy of a World Cup of slalom paramotor and following the success of the event held in Brazil in December, the Fly Games Series will have their first date on February 4 & 5 during the popular Spanish PPG meeting "Las Candelas". These "Series" will serve as qualifying rounds for pilots who want to enter the grand Final of Brazil, at the end of the year.
