The big event will launch next Saturday 1st of July with a preparation day. The first task will be on Sunday 2nd. These are the 4 main activities for Saturday:
1- the Team-Leaders’ briefing (mandatory) will take place at 8.30 am,
2- the first-aid training course and safety meeting (mandatory for all pilots) at 1.30 pm,
3- the Nations’ Parade (preceding the Opening Ceremony) at 4.30 pm,
4- the Official Opening dinner at 7.30 pm.
